What you'll need

  • International passport valid at least 6 months, with blank pages
  • Two recent passport photographs (45 × 35 mm)
  • Bank statement, last 3 months, showing funds sufficient for the full trip
  • Completed visa application form — we fill this with you
  • Self-introduction letter: we'll help you draft it
  • Employment / leave letter, recommended if employed
  • Flight and hotel itinerary — we prepare these

You attend your VFS appointment in person; visa and VFS fees are paid directly at the centre.
